Dear Customer,

We are sorry to inform you that as of September 24, 2012, Firefly Mobile will no longer be a seller of mobile phone network service. You can continue to use your Firefly phone as described below.

Any minutes purchased prior to September 24, 2012, that have not expired will be usable through October 24th, 2012, or the account's Airtime Expiration Date, whichever occurs first. Values added to any Firefly account are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable and have no surrender value.

In order to continue enjoying the kid-friendly features of your Firefly phone, you can simply obtain a SIM card from any GSM cellular carrier. Replacing the current SIM card with one from another GSM carrier will allow you to continue using the Firefly phone with the network services of the new carrier.

We will continue to sell the glowPhone, which can be used with a SIM card from any GSM cellular carrier, through our website.
