The forced medication of Mr. Stephen Clarke has ceased.

The forced medication of Mr. Stephen Clarke has ceased.

Ladies and Gentlemen.

The forced medication of Mr. Stephen Clarke has ceased.

On August 10 Mr. Clarke was first administered 5 mils of the drug Abilify. On Monday, August 18 the dosage was increased to 10 mils and Mr. Clarke was informed that the dosage would be increased to 30 mils a day.

On Monday the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission was informed of Mr. Clarke’s circumstances and a member of NIHRC staff contacted Mr. Clarke’s lawyer, Mr. Paul McCann, on Wednesday, August 20, the day the forced medication stopped.

A journalist was informed by McCann that he needed Mr. Clarke’s permission to speak to him while in care.

McCann had been provided with documentation which substantiated Clarke’s assertion that microwave radiation endangered his children who were being exposed to wi-fi in the classroom.

Clarke had been placed in a psychiatric unit in Belfast on court order after he protested against his children being irradiated at school. A court order has barred him from seeing his children for two years after he removed them for three days to their family home in the republic to avoid exposure.

It is not known if there are plans by Consultant Dr. Ann McDonnell to resume medication.

Clarke remains in psychiatric care.

Kind regards,

John Weigel
